An axiom is a statement that is taken to be true, to serve as a premise or starting point for further reasoning and arguments. AXIOM is EdwardJones' design system, used for all enterprise communications.
For AXIOM to serve as this single source of truth, I collaborated and co-created on the AXIOM Design System team, a cross-functional team that governs, manages, and maintains the experience, visual, and technical direction of AXIOM. To keep the system up-to-date, I audited library documentation for quality, consistency, and usefulness of components.
I also contributed to the build, launch, and maintenance the AXIOM website which was created for easy access to AXIOM components and usage guidelines.
To contribute to growing and maturing AXIOM I participated in governance reviews of new contributions and amendments while supporting in-review contributions and contributors.
